Nuun Hydration:

I'm training for the Queen Bee Half Marathon. It's taking place on October 13th, which means a lot of hot and humid summer runs. I've been surviving the humidty thanks to Nuun. I add a tablet to my water the night before a long run and right after. It keep me hydrated and tastes good! They have tons of flavors but I'm into the Tangerine Ginger. It's the perfect combination of tart and sweet.

If you are doing outdoor actitivies, consider drinking Nuun or coconut water to balance your electrolytes. Nothing is worse than having a headache or expereiencing fatigue due to dehydration.

C9 Champion Sports Bras:

After nearly 10 years of wearing the same college sports bras, it was time to replace them. I tried a couple of brands but none compared in price or fit to the Seamless Strappy Cami Sports Bra. It's comfortable, cute and comes with removeable pads. Plus, the C9 line comes in a nnumber of sizes, colors and styles. So, if this bra doesn't work for you, there is likely one that will. 

 Food Psych Podcast:

If you are anti-diet and looking for resources, this podcast is for you. The host Christy Harrison, an anti-diet dietitian who is certified in intuitive eating. According to her website, Harrison I talks with inspiring people about their relationships with food, roads to body acceptance, and revolutionary ideas about what health really means. Along the way, she shares her own journey from disordered eater to anti-diet dietitian, and offers resources to help you free yourself from our culture's toxic messages about what we "should" eat and how we "should" look. 

Mangos in Mexican Food:

Monday, I made shrimp tacos with mango, black beans and hot salsa. They were the bomb dot com. I had leftovers, so I threw the ingredients in a bowl, over cauliflower rice and baked it in the oven at 425 for 10 minutes, topped it was homemade guac and Sriracha. And then I died. So good.
